If you are not completely satisfied with your sleep experience, our team is here to help you find the perfect replacement or process a return.
Return Process
- 1.The Adjustment Period
We require a 30-night break-in period to allow your body to adjust to the new support system before initiating a return or exchange.
- 2.Contact Our Sleep Experts
If you are still unsatisfied after 30 nights, contact our local showroom via phone or email to discuss your comfort concerns and start the claim process.
- 3.Schedule a Pickup
Once approved, we will coordinate a convenient time for our delivery team to visit your home, inspect the mattress condition, and remove it.
- 4.Refund or Exchange Processing
After the mattress is returned to our facility, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or apply your credit toward a new mattress selection.
